SUAMAN HOT SPRINGS (a.k.a. PAWAN HOT SPRINGS)
Located in Mount Bonsu Tourism Region in Rambah Sub-District, approximately 9 km from Pasir Pengaraian, the Suaman Hot Springs consists of two 56 to 60 degree Celsius temperature volcanic hot springs. These hot springs are located at the foot of Mount Bonsu and emit volcanic material such as sulfur among others. This is a very popular tourist attraction, since in addition to the hot water, flowed the contrastingly cool and crystal-clear Suaman River beneath these streams of hot water.
Another feature of this tourist object is the hundreds of Sumatran butterfly species, three species of which are protected by the Government Regulation No. 7 / 1999.
 
Makam Raja-raja Rambah CEMETERY OF THE RAMBAH KINGS
In Rambah sub-district, lay the former Rambah Kingdom fortified castle, consisting of civilian houses built around a mosque and the wooden castle itself.

Today, only the fortress ruins and some of the king’s tombs survive, including those of: Raja Tunggal, Kuning, T. M. Syarif, Ayahanda T.M. Syarif, Imam Mhd Yunus and several royalties as well as the common folks.

Peculiarly, the tomb of the third king of Rambah, i.e. Tunggal Kuning, titled “Dipertuan Besar” is covered by Aro woods of which fibers embedded deep into the earth. This place is located about 8 km from Pasir Pengaraian.

 
Benteng Tujuh Lapis SEVEN LAYER FORTRESS
Seven-Layer Fortress, is the traditional fort built by the freedom fighters of Rokan Hulu land, commanded by the Tuanku Tambusai. This fort consists of seven layers with an 11-foot high mound planted with AUO Duri (thorny bamboo). Between 1838 to 1839 Lieutenant Colonel Michele came at Dalu-Dalu to conquer the land, and eventually achieved this goal, as Tuanku Tambusai along with his soldiers died in defense in Negeri Sembilan Malaysia.

The persistence of Tuanku Tambusai made the Dutch grant him the title of “Van De Padrische Tijger Rokan” which meant “Padri Tiger of Rokan.” In addition to Tuanku Tambusai, Sultan Zainal Abidin also used this fort against the country rebels. Now this fort is no longer in its original shape, but the government of Rokan Hulu will have this historical site renovated.

 
Burong Kwayang BURONG KWAYANG TRADITIONAL DANCE
Burong Kwayang traditional dance is a medic ritual of the13 divinations, such as Dewa Dayang Limun, Olang Kosumbo, Buayo Gilo, Burung Kwayang, Kudo Lambong, Ula Bidai, etc. Nowadays this remedial treatment has been modified into an attractive dance, as its performers and equipments retain their ancient style, clothed in wood bark.
 
Air Terjun Landasan LANDASAN WATERFALL
Landasan Waterfall is located in the upstream of the Rokan Kiri River on the capital district of Rokan IV Koto. While travelling to the land of Rokan, a visit to this tourist attraction is a must, since it encompasses the enchanting atmosphere of Bukit Barisan forest as well as the civilization of the rural areas along its way.
