Here at Sapadia Rohul Hotel & Cottages we are delighted to welcome gatherings of all shapes and sizes. We have 8 meeting rooms, individually designed to cater for every type of event from intimate board meeting and high profile conferences to banquets, weddings and private dining. LCD Projector + screen, whiteboard + board marker, sound system, delegates, standing & wireless microphones, podium, notepads + writing equipments are all supplied at your convenience.

The Orchid Hall Room provides 605 square meters of versatile space for either business or pleasure and is ideal for meetings, banquets and elaborate weddings. The Pre Function Area is an adaptable for a wide variety of events from dinners, meetings and receptions with the maximum capacity of 200 people cocktail style. The Orchid Room 1, 3, 4 and 5 are identical in size which hold 130 people theatre style. Alternatively, for a more intimate feel, our smallest suite, Orchid Room 2, can accommodate up to 24 people classroom style, and therefore ideal for smaller for the smaller, more intimate business meeting venues, dinners and as break out rooms for larger functions.
